| Notes | *Reservations are required. *A separate fee is required for hot spring admission. *Please take your trash with you. (Trash bags are sold for 500 yen. Trash from purchased bags will be collected by the facility.) *Check-in is at the front desk of Kimita Onsen Mori no Izumi. *Each site has AC power (100V, 20A). |

| Notes | *Registration is done via the QR code. *Entry requires that dogs have received a combination vaccine of five or more types within the last year. *Entry is not permitted for anyone other than dogs and their owners. *Please clean up your dog’s waste. *Smoking is prohibited. *Eating and drinking in the dog park are not allowed. *Please take your trash with you. *The facility is not responsible for any accidents that occur within the premises, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
