About the onsen (hot spring)
- From what time can we enter the hot spring?
- Open hours for general and day-time visitors: 11 AM – 9 PM (last entry at 8:30 PM)
Open hours for overnight guests: 3 PM – 9PM, for the following morning: 5 AM – 8 AM (this does not apply to guests staying at the cottages, Nagomikan, or Izumikan). - Are towels available?
- Face towels can be purchased from the vending machine.
*Bath towels are not sold.
About the onsen inn
- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: 3 PM – 7 PM
Check-out: 11 AM - When will the cancellation fee be charged?
- Cancellation fees will be charged from 5 days prior to the reservation date.
About the RV park
- Can I check in early?
- Please consult with us in advance.
- Do I need to make a reservation?
- Please make a reservation in advance by calling us.
